Daily I receive messages from people guaranteeing me that I will make a zillion dollars if I pay them a small fee for search engine optimization.  As a result I tend to ignore most of the mail I receive but this morning as I scrolled through my inbox, “Message in a Bottle Invitation, Favors, Gifts”…
