Baker Park Playground: This park, near the Baker park pool has many benefits. picnic tables, two play areas, and a plastic fossil dinosaur. It is one of my children’s favorites. The park in my opinion is ideal for younger children up to about age 5. The slides are small, it only has four swings for older children but plenty of the child swings, and the number of stations is minimal so older children would bore quickly. Along with the playground there are tennis courts, a pool, and plenty of room for game play nearby. You can also take a walk along the canal and see the ducks. One of the negatives to this location is parking, there is on street parking but once the pool opens you have to compete for a spot.
From Parks and Rec, A map of the area parks. Planning on visiting them all this summer.
